Electricity supply contract

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Electricity supply contract is an umbrella term for contracts for the supply and purchase of electrical energy . In principle, these can be concluded between power plant operators , network operators , electricity traders, utility companies and end customers as contractual parties in all combinations. The contract regulates the contractual service to be provided as well as the fee to be paid ( electricity price ), which is made up of up to nine different fees, surcharges and taxes. A distinction must be made between individually negotiated contracts and standard contracts (form contracts).
