Structural adjustment measure

Structural adjustment measures are measures within the framework of the second labor market to maintain and improve the environment and the like. a. whose sponsors could be funded by the Federal Employment Agency until December 31, 2002 (§§ 272 ff. SGBIII). The prerequisite is that 1) the structural adjustment measure contributes to the creation of new jobs that are necessary to compensate for job losses , 2) employees in need of assistance assigned by the employment office are hired.
