Strywihor (Ukrainian Стривігор , Polish Strwiąż ) is the name of a left tributary of the Dniester in Ukraine . The river flows through the upper reaches of the Polish Subcarpathian Voivodeship and its catchment area, along with the Mschanez river basin to the south, is the only part of Poland that drains over the Dniester to the Black Sea .

The approximately 94 km long river rises in the northwest of the town of Ustrzyki Dolne in the Sanok-Turka Mountains , flows away in a south-easterly direction, turns to the northeast below Ustrzyki Dolne, is accompanied in this section by Droga krajowa 84 , reaches at the border crossing Krościenko -Smolnica, the Ukraine, passes the small town of Chyriw (Хирів), flows further east at some distance past the town of Sambir and now roughly parallel to the Dniester to the mouth south of the small town of Rudky (Рудки). The catchment area is given as 955 km², of which 193 km² in Poland.
