A stubby cooler is a beer or beverage cooler of the type used in Australia to insulate chilled beer. The usual beer bottles in Australia are called " stubby " .

The coolers are mostly made of neoprene and are available in almost all sizes, colors and shapes. Stubby coolers are not very common in Europe, but they are very popular in Australia, Asia and the USA.

The Stubby Cooler have recently appeared in Europe under the name Bottlecooler; the principle is the same, this is also a neoprene suit for the bottle, which protects the drink from rapid heating.
