Sunshine City
Sunshine City ( Japanese サ ン シ ャ イ ン シ テ ィ , sanshain shiti ) is a commercial, multifunctional city complex built in the 1970s in the north-west of central Tokyo , more precisely in the Higashi-Ikebukuro ("East Ikebukuro ") district of the Toshima district of the Japanese prefecture of Tokyo . It consists of a variety of facilities such as an aquarium, an observatory, an office building, amusement facilities, event rooms, a hotel and a shopping center. Sunshine City is located near Ikebukuro Station . Sunshine City has up to 30,000,000 visitors annually.
