Anton Tillier
Anton Tillier († 1551 ) was a Swiss politician.
Life
Tillier came from the Bernese patrician family Tillier . His parents were Ludwig Tillier († 1510) and Barbara Schöni (* before 1496). Anton married Anna Trechsel from Burgdorf . From this marriage three children were born: Johanna (* 1548), Abraham (1550–1583) and Veronika (* 1553). After Anna's death, Anton married Pernetta Muri († before 1563). Daniel Tillier (1532–1577) can be understood as their son.
Tillier was 1527 Governor of Aarberg , 1533 governor of Aigle and in 1541 bailiff to Lausanne.
