Scheme of operation

SuperTiling is a rendering mode that is used in multi-GPU processes .

With SuperTiling the picture is split up like a chessboard (into imaginary "black" and "white" fields) and each card calculates a certain "color" of this board. Both cards render the same image at the same time.

Example:

  • Card 1 renders the "black" fields of a frame
  • Card 2 renders the "white" fields of a frame
