Surchung Sherab Dragpa ( Tib. Zur chung shes rab 'grags pa ; born 1014 ; died 1074 ), the so-called "Little Sur", was an important Tibetan clergyman of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism . He is known as one of the Three Surs from the Sur family ( zur ). He is said to have spread the branches of the Nyingma doctrine ( yal ga kskyangs ).
