Surinamese Badminton Bond
The Surinaamse Badminton Bond (SBB) is the supreme national administrative organization in the sport of badminton in Suriname .
history
The Surinaamse Badminton Bond was founded on November 16, 1958, an associate member in February 1965 and a full member in June 1965 of the IBF . In 1976 the association became a founding member of the continental umbrella organization Badminton Pan Am , then still operating under the name Pan American Badminton Confederation . National championships have been held since 1966. The headquarters of the association is in Paramaribo . The association is a member of the National Olympic Committee.
