Susan James (athlete)
Susan James (born September 8, 1955 ) is a former British javelin thrower .
At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, she was starting eighth for Wales .
From 1973 to 1975 she was Welsh Champion three times in a row. She set her personal best of 46.70 m on June 17, 1973 in Yeovil .
