Susenburger Teich is the name of a stagnant body of water in the town of Oberharz am Brocken in the Harz Mountains . The pond is in Susenburg near Rübeland in the Bodetal . It is fed by the water of a ditch that branches off from the Bode below the ruins of the Susenburg . The Susenburg pond is used as a fishing water. Fly fishing in particular can also be practiced here. A hiking trail leads past the pond from the Königshütte barrier to Susenburg.
