Susukida Kyūkin
Susukida Kyūkin ( Japanese 薄田 泣 菫 ; real name: Susukida Junsuke , ( 薄田 淳 介 ); born May 19, 1877 in Okayama Prefecture ; † October 9, 1945 ) was a Japanese poet and essayist .
Susukida was an important exponent of Japanese symbolism . His most famous collections of poetry were Boteki-shū (1900), Yuku haru (1901) and Hakuryōkyū (1906). He also came out with essays on literature.
