Sutan thrust
The Sutan thrust is the largest geological fault in the carboniferous layers in the Ruhr area .
It accompanies the Wattenscheider Hauptsattel from the area between Essen - Kettwig and Ratingen to the Hamm area in Westphalia over a distance of around 120 kilometers.
