Suvanna Kamphong
Suvanna Kamphong , also Souvanna Kham-Phong (full throne name Samdat Brhat-Anya Suvarna Kamabangsa , before the accession to the throne Phagna Phong ), was from 1316 to before 1343 king of Rajadharani Sri Sudhana (Sawa), today's Luang Phrabang .
1306 Suvanna Kamphong killed the prince of Phuan and his three sons. After the presumably natural death of King Phraya Lang , Suvanna Kamphong was elected as the new king by the nobles. He had different wives among them
- Nang Kamnan from the Khmer Empire,
- Nang Ok-Khong and
- Nang Khom.
In total, King Suvanna Kamphong had five sons and four daughters, among them Chaofa Ngiao, who succeeded his father to the throne as Khun Phi Fa and ruled until 1343. Suvanna Kamphong died without knowing the date.
Chaofa Kham Hiao succeeded his brother to the throne and ruled until 1353.
Kham Hiao committed suicide before 1353 after refusing to lead his grandson Fa Ngum into a fight.
