Svatopluk

Svatopluk is a Slavic name meaning "large army" or "holy army" (Prussian: swenta "holy").

It first appeared in the Moravian area (9th century) and then appeared in other Slavic-speaking areas (Kievan Rus 11th century, Pomerania 13th century).

Today it is mainly used in Bohemia and Moravia (Svatopluk).
