Swilen Stefanow

Swilen Stefanow (common transcription: Svilen Stefanov ; Bulgarian Свилен Стефанов ; * 1966 in Sofia ) is a Bulgarian art historian , artist and curator .

Life

Stefanow is head of the art studies department at the National Art Academy Sofia and its deputy rector. He is one of the most important exponents of Bulgarian neo- conceptualism and has accompanied this tendency in Bulgaria essentially in terms of art history.

In 2002 he took part in the Haus E exhibition project in the Ludwigshafen City Clinic .
