Sylk Schneider

Sylk Schneider (born October 10, 1966 in Göppingen ) is a German author .

Live and act

Sylk Schneider studied economics , geography and Romance studies in Tübingen and Recife and Pernambuco (Brazil). Numerous research stays took him to Brazil . From 1999 to 2009 he was director of the Thuringian Dumpling Museum in Heichelheim . In 2011 he was curator of the exhibition Dr. Ernst Feder - A journalist's life between the Weimar Republic, exile and Goethe. He was also the curator of the special exhibition “Weimar's Cityscape in Transition. Wilhelm Eichhorns Photographs from 1930 to 1945 ”from 2012 to 2013 in the City Museum Weimar and in 2016 curator for the establishment of the Brewery Museum Weimar Ehringsdorf.
