Sylvestre Mudacumura
Sylvestre Mudacumura (born 1954 in Gisenyi , Rwanda-Urundi , died September 18, 2019 , Democratic Republic of the Congo ) was the military commander of the Forces Démocratiques de Liberation du Rwanda . He was wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity. On September 18, 2019, he was shot dead by units of the Congolese army .
