Synchronization point

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A synchronization point (Engl. Synchronization point) is a Projektberichts- or control point, present on the specific results / findings or product mature grade must be present.

Synchronization points are used for synchronization of development processes that take place simultaneously at two or more partners. These make it possible to identify all deviations within a dependent project at an early stage. In addition, the completion of certain aspects of the project that are important for all partners can be documented. For existing deficits in individual processes, measures must be agreed to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
