System Dynamics Group

A System Dynamics Group is a group of researchers with relevant training in the System Dynamics methodology , which deals with the dissemination and further development of the methodology.

The first System Dynamics Group was founded by Jay W. Forrester at MIT's Sloan School of Management in the early 1960s .

Another System Dynamics Group was founded at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). It is integrated into the Institute for Business Administration of the School of Management at the University of St. Gallen. The HSG System Dynamics Group promotes both basic and applied research.
