NGC 4361 is the name of a planetary nebula in the constellation Raven . NGC 4361 is 2.1 'in diameter and has an apparent magnitude of 10.9 mag. In the constellation Raven, it is the brightest planetary nebula.
The planetary nebula NGC 4361 was discovered on February 7, 1785 by the German-British astronomer Wilhelm Herschel and later listed in the New General Catalog by Johan Dreyer .
