NGC 4363 is a ring-shaped dwarf galaxy of the Hubble-type SBR in the constellation Dragon in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 70 million light years from the Milky Way and about 10,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by William Herschel on December 10, 1797 .
