NGC 4376 is an irregular dwarf galaxy with extensive star formation from Hubble type in the constellation Virgo north of the ecliptic . It is an estimated 47 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 15,000 ly. The galaxy is listed under catalog number VVC 787 as part of the Virgo Galaxy Cluster.
