NGC 4393 is a barred spiral galaxy of Hubble type SBCD in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky , the estimated 34 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center. The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on April 11, 1785 .
IC 3329 is a bright node ( H-II region ) in this galaxy. The object was discovered on March 23, 1903 by the astronomer Max Wolf .
