NGC 4369 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sa in the constellation Canes Venatici the northern sky . It is around 48 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 27,000 light years . The object is listed as a starburst galaxy .

On November 22, 2005, Migliardi discovered the supernova SN 2005kl of type Ic in this galaxy .

NGC  4369 was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on March 17, 1787 .
