NGC 4350 is a lenticular galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Haar der Berenike in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 52 million light years from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years across . Together with NGC 4340 , it forms the gravitationally bound galaxy pair Holm 391 . Cataloged under catalog number VCC 685 as a member of the Virgo Galaxy Cluster.
The galaxies NGC 4383 , IC 787 , IC 3298 , IC 3340 are located in the same area of ​​the sky .

The object was discovered by William Herschel on March 21, 1784 .
