Tim Stefan (born July 3, 1995 in Henstedt-Ulzburg ) is a German handball player .

Career

Tim Stefan started playing handball at TSV Ellerau when he was five. In 2009 he moved to HSV Hamburg . The 1.95 meter tall backcourt player made his Bundesliga debut in the 2013/14 season in the youth handball league as the fourth-best thrower with 196 goals in 22 games. In the 2014/15 season he played at HSV Handball in the 1st Bundesliga, with a second game right at the second division SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . From summer 2016 he was under contract with TV Hüttenberg . With the TVH, he was promoted to the Bundesliga in the 2016/17 season.

He gained his first Bundesliga experience for HSV Handball against Rhein-Neckar Löwen and VfL Gummersbach . His first job was against TBV Lemgo . At the Heide Cup 2014 he played against the cadets Schaffhausen , Füchse Berlin and KIF Kolding Copenhagen. Under Martin Schwalb , Jens Häusler and Christian Gaudin , Tim Stefan was able to enjoy further steps in his career and handball training.

After the 2017/18 season, he moved to VfL Eintracht Hagen .

Life

His younger brother Jan Stefan also plays handball.
