NGC 4329 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E5 in the constellation Raven south of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 184 million light years from the Milky Way and about 60,000 light years across.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4263 , IC 785 , IC 786 .

The object was discovered on March 9, 1828 by John Herschel .
