The towers of Dervish Ali ( Albanian  Kullat e Dervish Aliut ) are a complex of buildings in the village of Dukat south of Orikum in the municipality of Vlora , Albania .

They were named after Dervish Ali, who was a leading figure in the 1847 Labëria uprisings against the Tanzimat reforms of the Ottoman government . It is a complex of two residential towers and several other residential buildings around a courtyard. The buildings were built over a longer period of time. The houses are on a hill above the village. The subsequently built towers have no direct defense function - a path leads through under the large tower. The complex has a triangular shape with buildings on the north and east sides, while the west side is closed off by a wall.

The main tower

The dilapidated oldest building is believed to date from the late 18th century, the towers from the first quarter of the 19th century, and most of the other buildings were constructed later.

The towers have been an architectural and cultural monument of the Republic of Albania since 1979. The building complex was restored in the 1970s and 2018.
