Kenwood TS-520 amateur shortwave - transceiver

The TS-520 is a three radio tubes tipped transceiver for shortwave - radio amateurs . It was built by Kenwood in the later 1970s. The device allows SSB voice communications and CW - Morse code . The transmitter has a power of 100 W PEP . The TS-520 can be operated with 120 or 220 VAC or with battery power of 13.8 VDC. An optional filter limits the 6 dB bandwidth in CW operation to 0.5 kHz.
