TSC Hansa Syke
The TSC Hansa Syke eV is a dance sport club in Syke , Lower Saxony.
The association has existed since the end of 1998. On December 1, 1998, it was entered in the association register as Tanzsport-Club Hansa Syke eV The association emerged from the formations of the Syker Tanzschule Kirchner and today has two Latin formations .
A-team
The A-Team of TSC Hansa Syke competed in the National League North Latin for the first time in 1999 and danced with two choreographies in the National League North Latin up to and including 2002 : in 1999 and 2000 the choreography was "Rhythm and Fun", 2001 and 2002 "Tom Jones" . In 2002, the A-Team took second place in the Northern Latin Regional League and then rose to the Northern Latin Regional League. Here the formation danced the choreography "Ricky Martin", which the club had taken over from the former world champion of the Latin formations, TSG Bremerhaven . After a season in the Oberliga North Latin, which also ended with 2nd place, the formation, which again danced the choreography "Ricky Martin", was promoted directly to the Regionalliga North Latin.
At the end of the 2003/2004 season, the A-Team was also in 2nd place in the Regional League North Latin and had thus qualified for participation in the promotion tournament to the 2nd Bundesliga on May 22, 2004 in Rüsselsheim , where 4th Place was reached. At the end of the 2004/2005 season the A-Team of TSC Hansa Syke again took 2nd place in the Regionalliga North Latin and was thus able to participate again in the promotion tournament to the 2nd Bundesliga. The promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga only worked because TSZ Aachen withdrew its B-Team from the 2nd Bundesliga in December 2005 and the A-Team of TSC Hansa Syke was nominated for it. After three seasons with the choreography "Ricky Martin", the A-Team of TSC Hansa Syke danced the choreography "Chihuahua" in the 2nd Bundesliga. At the end of the 2005/2006 season, however, the relegation to the Regionalliga Nord followed.
The A-Team of TSC Hansa Syke is trained by Alexej Keil and Anna Walz.
B and C team
In September 2000, the B-Team was founded, which initially also started in the Northern Latin Regional League. The season 2004/2005 and 2005/2006 danced the B-Team of TSC Hansa Syke in the Oberliga North Latin. The 2005/2006 season ended the team in 2nd place and rose to the Regional League North Latin, in which the team was able to hold out for one season. In the 2007/2008 season, the team, which is trained by Changy Hövemann, Torben Maaß and Sandra Pagels, returned to the Oberliga Nord.
In the 2005/2006 season, TSC Hansa Syke also competed with a C-Team in the Landesliga Nord. The trainers were Nicole Rehmstedt and Anke Haller.
