In autumn 1996 the TSC Mc Fly Sinsheim broke up due to disagreements in the board. The formation of the club switched to TSC Rot Gold Sinsheim, for which they again competed in the national league in the 1996/1997 season with the theme "Spain".

In the following years the formation danced in the regional league South Latin on the subject of “Gloria Estefan” (1997/1998) and “Sister Act” (1998/1999).

In the 1999/2000 season, the TSC Rot Gold Sinsheim team was not assigned to the Tanz Baden-Württemberg (TBW) group, but to the Hessischer Tanzverband (HTV), Rhineland-Palatinate (TRP) and Saarland (SLT) group. The formation, which danced again on the subject of "Sister Act", achieved promotion to the Oberliga Süd Latin with 3rd place in the league and thus returned to the TBW group. In the Oberliga Süd, the formation danced for a season on the theme of "Red Rose", which the club had taken over from the 1st TC Ludwigsburg , but to which the formation danced its own choreography . After the formation was relegated back to the regional league South Latin at the end of the season, it managed in the 2001/2002 season with the 2nd place in the league, the direct promotion to the Oberliga South Latin. As a new theme in the 2002/2003 season, “Salsa Caliente” was danced by the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen . Relegation was achieved with 5th place. In the 2003/2004 season, the team that danced again to the theme of “Salsa Caliente” came second in the Oberliga Süd. A year later, the team with the new topic “La dolce vita”, which was again taken over by the Green-Gold-Club Bremen, achieved promotion to the regional league South Latin with 1st place in the Oberliga Süd.

Up until the 2007/2008 season, the team danced in the Regionalliga Süd.
