The TSV Neudrossenfeld is a sports club based in the Upper Franconian town of Neudrossenfeld in the district of Kulmbach . It has departments for football , volleyball , women's gymnastics , children 's gymnastics , and health and fitness, and has around 600 members.

history

The association was founded on June 21, 1924 with 39 members, 15 of whom were women.

The football department is the largest division within the club. The first team rose in 1979 to the district league. In 1990, 1995 and 2004 she was champion of the district league. In 2008 she won the championship in the district league and rose to the state league the following year .

On May 9, 2014, TSV Neudrossenfeld secured the championship in the state league and promotion to the Bayern league ahead of schedule . There, however, they went straight back to the national league after only one season.

Sports ground

TSV Neudrossenfeld plays its games in the sports area "Am Weinberg". This sports facility consists of an artificial turf field and two natural grass fields. The men's teams play their games mainly on the artificial turf.
