Tray

The term tablar (from vulgar Latin tabularium , board frame ') describes a shelf in Swiss High German .

Outside of Switzerland, the term is only used in logistics terminology . There, trays are understood to be flat, standardized conveying aids for receiving the actual stored or transported goods. They are often used in automated small parts stores. Unlike transport pallets , containers , etc. trays are usually tied to a warehouse and do not leave it.
