Tactics is a Japanese game developer specializing in the creation of eroge - Ren'ai adventures .

history

Tactics was founded as a brand of the game manufacturer Nexton and first attracted attention in 1997 with the game Dōsei . The game Moon appeared as a successor . to use a female lead with the daring concept, which however did not bring the hoped-for success. The management then set strict requirements for the title One - Kagayaku Kisetsu e , which escalated into a dispute with the developers during development. Most of the developers left the company towards the end of 1998. These included the developers Jun Maeda , Naoki Hisaya , Itaru Hinoue , Shinji Orito and OdiakeS , who founded the game developer Key after One was completed .

After initially no more titles were published under the brand from 2006, two new sub-brands, Tactics * Latte and Tactics Luxury , were created in 2009 , under which further titles were then published.
