Takashi Koshimoto
Takashi Koshimoto ( Jap. 越本隆志 , Koshimoto Takashi * 5. January 1971 in Fukuoka , Fukuoka Prefecture , Japan ) is a former Japanese boxer in the featherweight .

He was unbeaten when he won the vacant Japanese championship title on June 4, 1996 by a technical knockout victory over Atsushi Tamaki. In 2001 he also became an OPBF master. At the end of January 2006, he beat the Japanese In-Jin Chi by a split judge's decision and was thereby world champion of the WBA . At the end of July of the same year he lost the title to Rodolfo Lopez and then ended his career.
