Takashi Umezawa ( Japanese 梅澤 貴 史 , Umezawa Takashi ; born December 7, 1972 in Mie Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Umezawa learned to play soccer on the school team at Ueno Technical High School . He signed his first contract with Matsushita Electric in 1991 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Matsushita Electric became Gamba Osaka . At the end of 1994 he ended his career as a football player.
