The Takeuchi Mfg. Co., Ltd is a Japanese industrial company and was founded in 1963 by Akio Takeuchi. The company employed 439 people in Japan in 2005, and there has been a US branch with Takeuchi US since 1979 . The company's headquarters is located in Sakaki in Nagano Prefecture .
