Talaris was acquired by Glory, the Japanese market leader in money handling solutions, in October 2012. Talaris was founded in April 2013 with the international business of Glory Ltd. merged and has since been called Glory Global Solutions Ltd.
history
The company was founded in 2008 when De La Rue's cash management business was spun off as part of a management buyout . Most of the financing was provided by the Carlyle Group . Talaris had approximately forty years of cash management experience and approximately 250 patents pending.
Products
Talaris produced cash recycling systems , money counting machines and various safes in various designs for use at bank counters . Furthermore, were ATMs and cash dispensers produced. Talaris also had software for banks ( CashInsight Assure ) in its program.
