Tandem (hip-hop group)
Tandem is a French hip-hop group from Aubervilliers in the Seine-Saint-Denis department in the north of the Parisian banlieue . The group of two ( see tandem ) consists of Mac Tyer (alias Socrate) and Mac Kregor .

They have released three albums together, their last one ( C'est toujours pour ceux qui savent , released 2005) being the most successful. It reached the top 20 of the French album charts and sold over 50,000 copies. In 2006 both members released a solo album: Mac Kregor was able to place Insurrection at number 65 in the French album charts, Socrate aka Mac Tyers Le général reached number 28.
