Tantuni
As Tantuni rollers is called from Yufka Dough, filled with uncooked, minced veal or lamb meat , lamb fat, tomato, onion, a piece of smooth parsley , ground chilies, cumin and ground black pepper.
Tantuni are assigned to Turkish cuisine ( Mersin region ). The Tantuni Festival takes place in Mersin every year .
Tantuni is traditionally served with lemon and hot chili ( turşu ).
