Tariff community of the German pension insurance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The collective bargaining association of the German pension insurance ( TgDRV ) is the employers' association of the German pension insurance based in Alzenau . The non-incorporated association was founded in 1983, then still under the abbreviation TgRV.

All 14 regional carriers of the German Pension Insurance are members of the TgDRV with their associated clinics . Overall, the TgDRV concludes collective agreements for around 32,000 employees.

In the future, the TgDRV will also be joined by the two federal sponsors of the German Pension Insurance, i.e. the German Pension Insurance Federation and the German Pension Insurance Knappschaft-Bahn-See (and their associated institutions such as data centers, clinics, professional development agencies).

According to the statutes, the purpose is:

  • Establishment of the principles of the tariff policy for the German pension insurance
  • Conclusion of collective agreements or other agreements
  • Establishing binding guidelines
  • Advising members on collective bargaining and labor law issues
