Tasos Telloglou

Tasos Telloglou ( Greek Τάσος Τέλλογλου ; * 1961 in Athens ) is a Greek investigative journalist . He is one of the moderators of the weekly news program The New Dossiers ( Greek οι Νέοι Φάκελοι ) of the Greek private broadcaster Skai TV . He also writes for the Greek daily newspaper Kathimerini ( Greek Καθημερινἠ ).

Telloglou was born in Athens in 1961 and studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens . He began his journalistic career in 1986 as an employee of the newspaper "I Proti" ( Greek Η Πρώτη ). From 1990 to 1997 he was Germany correspondent for the daily newspaper Kathimerini and from 1993 to 2000 also for the TV station Mega Channel . From 1998 he presented the show Mavro Kouti ( Greek Μαύρο κουτί “Black Box”) on Mega Channel together with journalists Alexis Papahelas and Pavlos Tsimas .

For his research on bribes from Siemens in Greece, he was awarded the prestigious "Prosopa 2008" television prize for the best report of the year. (Greek)
