Tatjana Alexandrovna Segina ( Russian Татьяна Александровна Сегина ; born  January 20, 1992 in Moscow ) is a Russian archer.

In 2009 Segina won a bronze medal at the World Championships in Ulsan .

The Youth Olympic Games 2010 in Singapore Segina won a bronze medal in singles. In the battle for third place, she defeated the Mexican Mariana Avitia . In 2012 Segina became Junior World Champion with the Russian team, in singles and mixed.

At the 2014 European Championships in Etschmiadzin , Armenia , she won a gold medal in mixed with Bair Zybekdorschijew and a gold medal in singles ahead of Natalia Leśniak from Poland.
