Taylor Karl Gunman (born March 14, 1991 in Takapuna ) is a New Zealand cyclist .

Sports career

In 2009, Taylor Gunman drew attention when he won a stage of the Tour of Northland and finished fifth overall. In 2010 he won another stage of the Tour and in 2011 finished fifth on the Tour of Geelong . In 2013 he decided on the prologue and a stage of the Tour of Southland , in which he finally came second overall. The following year he was New Zealand time trial champion .

In 2014 Gunman moved to the Avanti Racing Team and became New Zealand champion in the individual time trial . In 2015 he won the overall classification of the New Zealand Cycle Classic . A little later he won the road race at the Oceania Championship. Through these two successes he secured the overall victory of the UCI Oceania Tour 2015 .
