action
The editor of Teen Buzz magazine fired the editors due to falling sales. He replaces her with the five teenagers Rebecca, Noah, Michael, Wilder and Amanda. They now have to cope with everyday life between the editorial office, school, love and similar youth problems.
Characters
- Rebecca Harper : She writes about school subjects. She is very friendly and cheerful and dreams of becoming a good reporter. She is also in love with Noah. The two get together, but split again after Rebecca kisses another boy on vacation. Rebecca takes a long time to cope with the breakup. When they finally realize that they are still in love with each other, they get back together, which is what they stay.
- Noah Jackson : is the joker in the editorial office and writes about music. He plays the guitar himself and writes his own lyrics. He's also in love with Rebecca. He resents her kissing another boy and ends the relationship. After some time, talking, and realizing that they still love each other, they get back together.
- Michael Davies : He writes about stars and starlets and is very concerned about his image. He's been Rebecca's best friend since kindergarten. He gets along very well with Amanda and goes out with her a couple of times. That changes, however, when Wilder brings up Michael's ex-girlfriend Yolanda, who is still in love with him. He ends up becoming an actor.
- Wilder : is the technology freak and the sportsman of the editorial team and writes about computer games and sports in the 'Game On' section. He's a bit greedy, a little childish at times, and in love with Amanda. He meets her and wants to go to Mexico with her on vacation. When Amanda refuses, Wilder is very offended and separates from her. But when Michael goes out with Amanda, he becomes very jealous, which is how you can tell that he is still in love with her. In order to make Michael jealous as well, which also works, he goes out with his ex Yolanda. He decides to forgive Amanda, and the two eventually get together.
- Amanda Pierce : She is the editor's daughter and writes about fashion and beauty in the Fashion Forward section. Amanda gets everything she wants, is accordingly a bit conceited and lives a rich life. She and Rebecca often quarrel, but they respect each other and stick to each other in an emergency. Amanda confesses to her father that she fell in love with Wilder. But she doesn't want to go to Mexico with him. The separation still depresses them. After he forgives her, the two get together and Amanda gets her first kiss from Wilder.
- Dianne Jeffries (DJ) : She's the editor-in-chief of Teen Buzz. She tries again and again to be cool, but that doesn't go down well. When the young editors need help, DJ is usually there for them. She dates Mr. Shepherd for a while, the relationship has ups and downs, but they end up getting married.
- Mr. Andrew Shepherd : He's a teacher at Rebecca's, Wilders, Amanda's, Noah's and Michael's schools. He and DJ become a couple, but find the relationship boring and break up. But they get together again and get married in the last episode.
