Teeranun Chiangtha

Teeranun Chiangtha ( Thai : ธีร นั น ท์ เชียง ทา ; born November 11, 1972 ) is a former Thai badminton player .

Athletic career

In 1992 Teeranun Chiangtha started in men's singles at the Olympics. There he won his first round match against Broddi Kristjánsson from Iceland and also the second game against Chris Jogis from the USA. In the third round, however, Hermawan Susanto from Indonesia was a size too big for Chiangtha. Teeranun Chiangtha was ninth in the men's singles final.

He won nationally at the Thai Championships in 1994 in men's singles, which should remain his only title there.
