Tele Aruba NV is a radio and television companies in Oranjestad ( Aruba ).

history

Tele Aruba began broadcasting in September 1963. The radio station became known under the name Radio Victoria . The television program first aired on Channel 12. After problems with the relay station from nearby Venezuela , Tele Aruba switched to channel 13, which is still the official channel of the Tele Aruba TV station today.

On September 14, 2004, SETAR acquired the national telecommunications company Tele Aruba. In a short time, Tele Aruba was reorganized and parts of the broadcasting building were expanded. The name stayed.

In line with the new investor, Tele Aruba launched Aruba's HD channel - Channel 313 - with a new logo (spelling: Telearuba) in November 2010.

Programs

Telearuba primarily broadcasts locally produced programs in the Aruba-Papiamento language , such as live coverage of cultural events and entertainment, as well as extensive national and international news. Live talk shows, children's programs, sports coverage, game shows complete the program.

Tele Aruba is also available on the Internet with live video streaming 24 hours, 7 days a week.
