Televen ( suitcase word from Tele visión de Ven ezuela) is a Venezuelan private television broadcaster. The television station began broadcasting on July 3, 1988. Since 1994 it has been broadcasting 24 hours a day. The homepage went online in 1997. In the same year they were awarded the ANDA Prize. Since 1998 the program has also been broadcast via the Intelsat 806 satellite . The entire national territory of Venezuela is reached. In addition, the program is broadcast via antenna and cable .
