Tempti agun

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tempti-Agun was an Elamite ruler, of whom little is known for certain. He was called sukkalmah and probably ruled around 1700 BC. He called himself the son of Welkiša and sister son of Širuktuh . Another ruler title he used was sukkal from Susa .

There is a building inscription from Tempti-Agun from Susa, which says that this ruler had built a temple in honor of Išmekarab, the ruler Kutir-Nahhunte I , Lila-irtaš and Temti-hiša-haneš .
